Juan José Jiménez, MAI
Managing Partner JJ Jiménez has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Dominican Republic. Mr. Jiménez is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, where he received the 2008 Appraiser of the Year and 2008 Teacher of the Year Awards. Mr. Jiménez has been a Real Estate Appraiser for over 20 years. This experience is complemented with direct experience in developing housing projects for various investors and managing, leasing, and developing commercial real estate for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Jiménez earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (finance concentration) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, Illinois. In his professional practice, Jiménez focuses on consulting, valuation and appraisal reviews of housing projects, agricultural projects, office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, parking buildings, hospitals, hotels, and other commercial projects. He also serves as valuation expert witness in eminent domain, bankruptcy, and civil cases.
