This real estate consulting firm opened for business in 1981 as an engineering and consulting group. Over the years, the business evolved to include real estate development, construction and most recently, into an Appraisal and Consulting Firm. Currently managed by Mr. Juan José Jiménez, the firm has extensive experience in real estate appraisal, appraisal reviews and offers consulting services for hotels, billboards, housing projects, office buildings, industrial facilities, parking garage buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, and other commercial projects. Recently completed assignments include the former Camino del Sol and Paraiso del Sol Hotels in Cabarete Dominican Republic, the Founders Residences and the undeveloped parcels at the Trump International Golf Club Resort in Rio Grande Puerto Rico, the Mendez & Compañía Warehouse Facilities (San Juan & Añasco), the Miramar Assisted Living Facility in San Juan, the Alamanda and Primavera Residential Condominiums in Guaynabo & Carolina, the Dora Mar Shopping Center in Dorado, the Mazda Automobile Central Facilities, the Euro Caribe/ Matosantos Manufacturing and Warehouse Facilities in Vega Baja, the Torre del Metropolitano Medical Office Building, El Caribe Office Building in San Juan, the Residences at Horned Dorset Primavera Hotel in Rincón, the San Patricio MedFlix Center in Guaynabo, the Beachfront Residences at Ritz Reserve Dorado Beach Resort, and the Caribbean University Campuses in Bayamón, Vega Baja and Ponce.
